Edit Template loriherold@gmail.com 727-420-5789 I have been a dietitian for 40 years. I have worked in two eating-disorder centers for a number of years and have had a private practice for 23 years. My goal is to help clients define a food plan containing a variety of non-triggering foods, and help them find peace around the food and achieve a healthy weight range. I am familiar with most food recovery groups. I have initial consults and you may request a follow-up as needed.

Rachel has been clean and sober since 1993. She has been abstinent from sugar, flour, and volume eating since 2003, and is maintaining a 90-pound weight loss. Continued work with a Food Addiction-savvy nutritionist. Rachel had to take out a loan to pay for her 30-day stay in Food Addiction treatment in 2003, and the results convinced her that treatment should be funded by health insurance to help all Food Addicts who need the help. Her passion to help other food addicts aligns with FAI’s mission to promote treatment of food addiction as a substance use disorder. Facebook Linkedin
